For our Market Organization in Sharjah I U.A.E. we are looking for a Manager Sales & Business Development (m/f/d) who is based at and will operate from KSA.
Manager Sales & Business Development (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Strategic development and management of the assigned region for expansion of existing clients
- Acquisition of new clients - identify & develop project business with EPC contractors and end users
- Represent and promote the entire range of VAHLE products and services
- Take ownership of developing marketing plan and campaigns
- Align marketing with Sales Goals to achieve the required effective size of sales funnel
- Prepare and execute a development plan to win new customers as defined via growth strategy
- Analyze existing andnew markets
- Utilize CRM and ERP tools for assessment of sales stages, manage quotations, and other deliverables for accurate status of orders, sales, projects in progress, and orders lost and won and the root cause for lost orders
- Analyze sales activities, pipeline flow, achieved outcomes as defined by KPIs and prepare monthly reports
- Support and contribute to after sales
- Solve customer complaints and disputes in accordance with VAHLE`s customer service philosophy
- Effective, professional and timely, ongoing communication and intricate coordination with related departments
Your Profile
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
- 8+ years of experience in a Sales & Business Development related technical field for an International company in K.S.A.
- Working experience with EOT crane industry or port equipment’s or logistics automation industry in similar role would be an advantage.
- Techno-commercial ability and proven experience in handling of system-project, spares business
- Business Intelligence and track record of Strategic goal achievement
- Market Intelligence and tactical working to beat the competition, win business
- Proven ability to successfully drive sales processes for complex electrical engineering products and systems from plan to close
- Proven development of sustainable partnerships & results with strategic customers in at least one of the relevant industries to VAHLE
- Experience in working with a CRM software & ERP System would be an advantage
- Communication skills including active listening, articulation of ideas and concept
- Fluent in English and Arabic (writing/speaking)
- Experience to work in an international environment
- KSA driving license & driving experience within the kingdom is must
